Swim like a butterfly… err float like a bee?

Your folks have always told you that Swimming uses all of your muscles and that it’s great exercise. Most of us only went swimming to see girls in swimming costumes, jump off the boards, ride the slides and generally prat about but it is indeed great exercise. We’ve seen a massive jump in popularity here in the UK after growing success in the olympics and world championships so surely it’s about time to dust off those speedos?

I saw a workout in Men’s Health this month that i’m dying to try out in the pool as soon as my physio gives me the all clear, but that’s not stopping you now is it?! So here it is in all it’s glory. It’s aimed at shedding weight and gaining lean muscle in 45 minutes.
